You are responsible for ensuring that deposit addresses are correctly entered. We are not responsible for funds lost due to incorrectly entered addresses or the use of incompatible blockchain networks.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing delays due to security checks, network congestion, or other factors. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and may vary based on your account level and the specific cryptocurrency.

VIP membership levels provide enhanced benefits and higher transaction limits. Each level requires a one-time payment in USDT and grants permanent access to that level's benefits.

We reserve the right to modify VIP benefits at any time, but we will provide advance notice of any significant changes.

VIP membership payments are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

- Using the platform to conduct financial fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity.

- Attempting to impersonate another user or person.

- Using the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall USDT, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

USDT shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account or the information contained therein.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
